Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with extensive SAP FI/CO experience, specifically in ECC and/or S/4HANA. You should have a proven track record in S/4HANA migration and possess deep configuration expertise across the FI, CO, and CO-PA modules. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in Treasury, Tax, and Banking integration, which is highly desirable. Exposure to global delivery models and cross-functional collaboration is also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering SAP FI/CO solutions within our S/4HANA migration program. You will analyze and document business processes, defining best-practice to-be solutions. Conducting fit-gap analyses and producing detailed functional specifications will be part of your tasks. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process optimization and system integrity, as well as support testing, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior and offshore consultants, acting as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership and driving standardization and innovation.
