Must:

- We welcome candidates who are early in their Product or Digital Product Management journey, or who have developed product, roadmap, and delivery skills in an operational, technology, or customer-focused role.
- You will ideally have experience owning a product roadmap and prioritising activities while balancing business needs, operational priorities, and potential value or ROI.
- You should have experience supporting or driving product initiatives through to delivery, including pilots, rollouts, or continuous improvement activity in operational or customer-facing environments.
- You must be able to assess opportunities, challenge ideas, and focus on practical, scalable, and commercially valuable solutions.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in fast-paced, customer-focused, or multi-site environments such as retail, consumer services, hospitality, leisure, transport, or similar sectors.
- You must be proactive, confident communicating with different audiences, and comfortable spending time in operational environments to understand challenges first-hand.
Responsibilities
- We build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular site visits and proactive technology reviews.
- We identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational efficiency, and technology experiences.
- We research emerging technology trends and AI-enabled tools, assessing practical use cases across the business.
- We run pilots and proof-of-concepts within live operational environments.
- We measure impact, gather feedback, and support the rollout of successful solutions.
- We work closely with operational teams and external technology partners to deliver practical, high-impact outcomes.
- We manage and prioritise product roadmaps and improvement initiatives.
- We represent the business at industry and technology events, bringing new ideas and insight back into the organisation.
Description
We are partnering with a major multi-site consumer services business to appoint a Product Manager focused on improving technology, customer experience, and operational performance across a national estate. This is a London hybrid role with significant multi-site travel, offering a salary of £45,000 negotiable, a company car, and excellent benefits. We operate in a fast-paced, multi-site environment where customer experience, operational efficiency, and best-in-class solutions are business-critical. This is not a desk-based product role; you will spend significant time in operational environments, speaking with stakeholders, identifying pain points, testing new ideas, and helping turn innovation into scalable, commercially valuable solutions. You will have genuine ownership, visibility, and influence, with the freedom to explore new ideas, challenge existing ways of working, and help deliver meaningful operational and customer impact at scale. We are looking for someone who can help shape how our large, customer-focused organisation evolves its use of technology across frontline operations.
