Must:

- Proven experience with Hyper-V and Windows Server (2012-2022)
- Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and failover clustering
- Preferred experience with Rubrik backup
- Fundamental understanding of firewalls and core networking (VLAN, CIDR, VRRP)
- Excellent documentation skills and change control/CAB experience
- Confident communicator, able to manage priorities and own delivery
- Desirable: Azure admin experience or a clear desire to upskill into cloud
- Exposure to tenant-to-tenant/acquisition integration preferred
- Familiarity with Terraform/IaC
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, AZ-series) are a plus

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support Windows on-prem, Hyper-V, and Azure infrastructure
- Own patching, performance, capacity, and lifecycle management
- Implement security controls and support compliance
- Lead infrastructure projects from start to finish
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
- Contribute to the 2026 cloud migration and automation improvements using Terraform

Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our technology-driven organization, where service resilience and infrastructure modernization are critical. This hands-on role spans on-prem, virtualized, and cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on stability, security, and acquisition-driven integration. A significant on-prem to cloud transformation is planned for 2026, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong on-prem skills to develop their capabilities in Azure and cloud delivery over time. While a solid foundation in on-prem technology is essential, some on-prem services will remain after migration. We are excited to receive your application and look forward to reviewing your CV.
