Requirements
Must:
We seek a candidate with demonstrable experience in leadership and management of a data team. You should have proven experience in data governance, data management, and data analysis. A strong understanding of GDPR and other relevant regulations is essential. Additionally, experience implementing cloud-based data storage solutions and data management systems, including data warehousing, is required.
Responsibilities
In the role of Head of Data, you will lead a team of passionate and highly skilled data professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering the internal data strategy, strengthening data governance and compliance, enhancing data quality and accessibility, cultivating a data-driven culture, and improving reporting and visualization processes. Your contributions will empower all aspects of our charity to achieve the best outcomes for our beneficiaries.
