Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client care
- Solid understanding of operating systems, computer networking, and desktop support
- Experience with CAFM systems (like Ostrava, FixFlo, Expansive FM, Dwellant) is essential
- Ability to analyse technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Experience in building maintenance/FM/M&E sectors preferred
- Proficient using the latest computer software (MS Office 365, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent telephone manner, able to handle incoming customer calls
- Willingness to learn and contribute to raising standards across the business
Responsibilities
- Assist our service functions and collaborate with field-based engineers
- Communicate effectively with clients and work closely with suppliers
- Report directly to the Operations Director
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond appropriately
- Contribute to maintaining a positive relationship with clients and colleagues
- Turn your hand to multiple tasks as needed and be a team player
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
