Requirements
Must:
- You will be responsible for handling support queries via phone, email, and Service Manager.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across desktops, laptops, servers, and software will be a key part of your role.
- You'll need to install, configure, and repair Windows 10 devices and client applications.
- Supporting users with access, applications, printing, and network services is essential.
- You'll manage network storage, perform LAN/WAN-related tasks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Deploying software, applying patches, and maintaining system security will be crucial.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures for starters and leavers is part of the job.
- Providing user guidance and training will be expected.
- You may need to visit local offices to deliver hands-on support.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively, both over the phone and in writing.
- Bring your experience in a professional environment to support our users.
- Be confident in assisting users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- You should have hands-on experience with Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- A good understanding of IT security policies is necessary.
- Your solid troubleshooting skills will help you prioritize your workload effectively.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, virtualization, wireless networks, and audio-visual equipment is valuable.
