Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support and project environments at 1st line level
- Strong experience supporting Windows 11 within a Microsoft domain environment
- Hands-on experience deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware using SCCM, GPO, and AutoPilot
- Solid networking and network troubleshooting skills across LAN, WAN, WiFi, and VPN
- Experience supporting Microsoft server operating systems and associated technologies
- Good understanding of cyber security principles, data protection, and risk awareness
- Experience with MDM tools such as Intune and JamF
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of network and IT infrastructure
- Contribute to ongoing infrastructure and network initiatives
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware
- Provide 1st/2nd line support to users
- Maintain and support network connectivity across various technologies
