Familiarity with VPN/DirectAccess and secure remote access troubleshooting is necessary. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities
As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, your key responsibilities will include managing and optimizing Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, SSO, and ADFS. You will administer Exchange environments ranging from 2010 to 2019 as well as Office 365. Your role will involve managing email gateways and security services such as Proofpoint, IronPort, and EOP. You will also monitor mail flow, message tracking, SPF, DKIM, DAG, and patching. Supporting Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will automate tasks and processes using PowerShell, assist with disaster recovery planning and failover strategies, and provide end-user support while participating in an on-call rota.
