Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a 2nd Line Desktop Support or a similar IT support role. You should possess strong hands-on experience in rebuilding and configuring laptops and desktops, as well as good knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments. Familiarity with general desktop management and basic software deployment tools is essential, and exposure to SCCM is a plus but not required. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to provide 2nd line technical support to end users, resolving escalated incidents and service requests. You will be responsible for rebuilding, configuring, and deploying laptops and desktops to meet our company standards. Additionally, you will perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades as needed, assist with software installations and updates, and maintain accurate records of your work. It will also be important for you to collaborate closely with the wider IT team to ensure efficient issue resolution and service delivery.
