Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a government or related environment - Experience working in an Agile development setting - Knowledge of software development life cycles - Data-driven approach to product management - Strong ability to define and measure success metrics - Proven track record of translating user needs into clear product outcomes - Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills - Ability to manage multiple initiatives and changing priorities - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills - Extensive experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Responsibilities

- Control and prioritize the product backlog - Review user stories to ensure they capture business needs - Act as a liaison between developers and end users - Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) activities when necessary - Collaborate with diverse colleagues and stakeholders - Define and measure success metrics that drive product development

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team, which manages a suite of products for government support schemes. This role is a remote/hybrid position with a requirement to work one day a week on-site at one of our offices.
