Requirements
Must:
We expect you to have a strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools. A solid grasp of SQL and relational databases is essential. You should have a proven track record in a data analysis role, including reporting, along with hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with cloud data platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google BigQuery is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear, actionable insights. You will deliver regular performance analysis, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. It will be your responsibility to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all business-critical data. You will develop and maintain data validation processes to reduce errors and gaps. Additionally, you will provide data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and operational improvements, and support forecasting and predictive modeling initiatives to anticipate future trends. You will also work closely with the leadership team to align data initiatives with business priorities.
Description
We are excited to offer this permanent position at our Digital Consultancy, with a salary of £55,000 per annum. This role requires working 5 days a week in our office located in Glasgow. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will take ownership of our data function and play a key role in supporting evidence-based decision-making and strategic growth within the company.
