Requirements
Must:
- Local Authority experience is essential
- Strong CRM background is essential
- Experience in designing and overseeing integrated enterprise solutions
- Understanding of governance and regulatory considerations in local government
- Ability to provide technical leadership across solution design
- Familiarity with integration standards and digital strategy
- Experience with CRM solutions such as Grancius, govService, NetCall, Civica, Northgate, Cisco, Taranto, LiquidLogic is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Support the Architecture function by providing technical leadership
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and integration standards
- Work closely with delivery teams, Digital, and service areas
- Ensure proposed solutions are robust and scalable
- Align solutions with policy and principles
Description
We are a Local Authority seeking a skilled CRM Solutions Architect for an immediate start with a hybrid working arrangement in London. This role offers a flexible day rate dependent on experience and is expected to last for 6-8 months. We value individuals who have strong CRM and broader solutions architecture experience, particularly within local government, as you will be navigating governance and regulatory considerations.
