Requirements
Must:
- Previous Administration and customer service experience is essential
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to deal confidently with internal and external clients
- Superb accuracy and a good eye for detail

- Resilient, positive, and extremely organised

Responsibilities
- Process risk assessments on prospective tenants/guarantors
- Verify information given to us by prospective tenants/guarantors
- Provide a clear financial picture of a prospective tenant
- Carry out regulatory checks on new tenants
- Ensure systems are kept up to date with accurate information on ongoing applications
- Handle mainly PC-based tasks with some telephone work
Description
At Keysafe Tenant Vetting, part of the Connells Group, we are looking for Tenancy Application Administrators to join our growing team in Grantham. This is a permanent office-based role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm.
