IT Trainer

In this role, I will expect you to deliver high-quality IT training to staff at all levels. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting new starter inductions through various formats, such as personalized 1-to-1 training (in person or remote) and departmental or group training sessions (in person or remote). - Regularly walking the floor across all branches to provide hands-on support and coordinating external training venues or courses when needed. - Developing, managing, and enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS), which includes creating clear and accessible documentation, producing engaging video guides, designing quizzes to measure understanding, and gathering insights through surveys and feedback tools. - Collaborating with departmental Buddies” to continuously improve training content and documentation by updating training leads on system or process changes and revising training materials to reflect updated departmental workflows. - Acting as a Train-the-Trainer” resource by staying ahead of new technologies and processes to ensure effective onward training for staff, partnering with IT Developers on new initiatives, and creating training materials aligned with development sprint launches. - Supporting IT Developers in producing UAT checklists for new tools, features, and processes, and maintaining accurate training records in collaboration with HR.
