Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in full stack development
- Proficient in Ruby-on-Rails
- Basic understanding of Laravel
- Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Vue.js)
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Ruby-on-Rails and Laravel
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Build and maintain APIs and integrate third-party services
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and best practices
