Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities. You should have experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Office, VMware Horizon, and remote support tools. An ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience is preferred. You must also possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. You'll be responsible for logging and tracking IT issues, ensuring your colleagues receive timely updates. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently across various systems. Collaborating with 3rd line support and external suppliers will be necessary when needed. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding new starters and managing their system access, while ensuring IT security and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
