Responsibilities
- Define and own the organisations insight and analytics strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing MI, reporting and analytics team
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Maintain a single source of truth for key performance metrics
- Deliver executive MI and narrative
- Build scalable self-serve dashboards
- Partner with Commercial and Operations to improve performance
- Segment performance and diagnose drivers
- Lead forecasting, modelling, and deep-dive analytics
- Support good customer outcomes and early risk detection
- Provide evidence-based reporting to governance forums
- Define metric and reporting requirements
- Partner with Data Engineering without owning engineering delivery
- Maintain data-quality standards and controls
- Establish reporting and analysis processes
- Drive automation and process optimisation
- Align processes to operational and audit standards
- Integrate AI tools as appropriate to improve delivery and capacity
