Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience in an engineering, installation, or technical support role.
- Midlands-based for easy access to sites across the UK.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays.
- Experience using power tools and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Friendly, professional manner and strong communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to pass police vetting (clean record required).
- Confidence working independently and managing your time effectively.

- Installing and maintaining technical systems at customer sites across the UK.
- Diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and performing routine servicing.
- Regularly staying away from home (overnight travel and expenses covered).
- Liaising with clients ranging from operational teams to senior stakeholders.
- Safely handling and transporting equipment, including items up to 100kg.
Description
We are seeking a hands-on Installation and Service Engineer to join our established and growing company that provides technical solutions to a range of customers across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, traveling to various sites, and solving practical problems on the job. The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience. We offer 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 24 days after two years of service, a company van equipped with racking and tools, hotel accommodation and a food allowance when traveling, and tools and equipment provided.
