Requirements
Must:

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Responsibilities
- Support a large-scale rollout of new laptops
- Collect and replace old devices
- Set up and configure new laptops for users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise
- Provide excellent customer service to users during the transition
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Description
We are Kenneth Brian Associates, recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an IT Engineer for an 8-week temporary assignment with an immediate start. This role will be based in Tunbridge Wells, with some travel required to Epsom. We value customer service and efficiency in our team, ensuring a smooth transition for users during the rollout of new laptops.
