Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with EPOS installation or IT field support experience. You should be confident with Windows OS, basic networking, and cabling. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage your time effectively and work independently while on the road. A full UK driving licence is required. We want someone who is professional, friendly, and enjoys interacting with customers.
Responsibilities
As an EPOS Field Engineer, you will be installing and maintaining Club Control EPOS systems at clubs across the UK. Your tasks will include diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues, running and testing Cat5/Cat6 cabling, and supporting system upgrades to ensure a smooth install experience for our clients. You will also provide phone support on a 1-in-5 rota, which includes on-call pay. This position requires national travel and may involve some overnight stays, with hotel and meal allowances provided. Additionally, you’ll visit our Cheshire office periodically to collect equipment and stock.
