Requirements
Must:
- Degree in IT/Business Systems/Computer Science/Finance or a related field
- Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of SQL Databases
- Desirable: Knowledge of Business Central, Power BI, or Power Automate
- Desirable: Understanding of Application Language (AL)
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor and good timekeeping
- Willingness to research solutions to ongoing problems
Responsibilities
- Develop Excel reports using Jet Reports
- Manage the Jet Report Excel library, including permissions and documentation
- Develop SQL views for use in Excel/Power BI reporting
- Assist the department in the implementation of ongoing software projects, including requirements gathering, system design, and assessing functional requirements
- Ensure system documentation is up to date and maintained, including SQL library, SOPs, and work instructions
- Manage meeting minutes and ensure action points are addressed
- Conduct ongoing audits of current business systems, primarily focused on the ERP System
- Develop and test system upgrades via Application Language (AL)
- Manage the testing process of new system versions as rolled out by the vendor/Microsoft
- Focus on process automation using knowledge of Power Automate and AL implementation
- Manage workflows across the business within relevant systems
