Requirements
Must:
- Degree in IT, Business Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of SQL Databases
- Desirable: Knowledge of Business Central, Power BI, or Power Automate
- Understanding of Application Language (AL) is a plus
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to learn new skills and systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor and good timekeeping
- Willingness to research and find solutions to ongoing problems
Responsibilities
- Develop Excel reports using Jet Reports
- Manage Jet Report Excel library including permissions and documentation
- Develop SQL views for use in Excel/Power BI reporting
- Assist department in ongoing software project implementation including requirements gathering and system design
- Ensure system documentation is up to date, including SQL library, SOPs, and Work Instructions
- Manage meeting minutes and ensure action points are addressed
- Conduct ongoing audits of current business systems, primarily focused on ERP system
- Develop and test system upgrades via Application Language (AL)
- Manage testing processes for new system versions rolled out by the vendor/Microsoft
- Focus on process automation using Power Automate and AL implementation
- Manage workflows across the business within relevant systems
