- ECS Network Infrastructure Installer (Level 3) card (desirable)
- CSCS Green Labourer card (desirable)
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when following processes
- A team player who is willing to support colleagues
- Commercially aware and understands the importance of customer service
- Hands-on and comfortable working in physical, site-based environments
Responsibilities
- Supporting the installation and maintenance of telecoms and data systems
- Working on-site across a range of client locations
- Assisting with cabling (copper and fibre), equipment setup, and general infrastructure work
- Troubleshooting issues and supporting customers where required
- Managing multiple tasks and responding to client needs in a professional manner
- Working closely with the wider engineering team to deliver projects
