Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT support (MSP experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Active Directory and user administration
- Ability to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be able to travel to client sites in London when required
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to business clients
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop issues
- Support Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Install and configure workstations, printers, and network devices
- Assist with new user setups and device deployments
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (Wi-Fi, switches, routers)
- Support business applications and line-of-business software
- Maintain clear ticket documentation and updates
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
- Assist with client site visits for installations and support tasks
