Senior Manager, Lead Generative AI Engineer

- Lead AI Transformations, driving large-scale generative AI transformation projects across the organization and clients - Ensure seamless adoption of AI solutions that address critical business challenges - Provide AI thought leadership to business stakeholders, advising on AI strategy, roadmap, and integration of generative AI technologies - Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices are followed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable AI systems - Create Proof of Concept, deliver Minimal Viable Products, or fully-fledged projects, and deploy models into production - Work closely with business teams and clients to demonstrate the potential of AI and assess feasibility for solving challenges - Lead feasibility studies, develop data strategies, support RFP responses, and demo to clients - Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations regarding AI models and data processing - Implement best practices in data privacy, security, and ethical AI, particularly for sensitive data - Contribute to KPMG’s knowledge on deploying fair and transparent AI models - Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and LLMs, applying new methodologies to improve model performance - Conduct research into new AI use cases and innovate to enhance KPMG’s offerings - Publish findings and contribute to internal documentation, presenting insights at industry conferences
