We are looking for Dynamics 365 CE Consultants who have a strong consultancy background and experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics CE projects. A demonstrable history of successful software delivery in a consultancy role is essential. You should have:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (CRM versions 2013, 2015, 2016, and 365) are desirable.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on functional experience in CRM configuration, standard customization, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and report development.
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM that spans various industries.
- Detailed understanding of CRM functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Contact/Case Management.
- Understanding of Dynamics CRM DB Schema, Business Data Model, and customization for different solutions.

Responsibilities
As a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, you will:
- Perform customer delivery of various Dynamics CE modules while working closely with client teams and business stakeholders.
- Organize, manage, and document workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with client representatives and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and the Solution Architect to ensure the CE solution meets client requirements.
- Deliver high-quality business and software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics standards.
- Create sustainable client solutions and ensure the timely completion of project documentation.
- Conduct all consultancy and configuration work according to KPMG project methodology, ensuring successful implementation within budget and timeline.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities by building demo and proof of concept solutions for client presentations.
- Identify and communicate project risks while maintaining effective progress updates to relevant parties.
- Support practice development activities and represent KPMG in a professional manner.
