Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT professional roles with a focus on cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Expertise in Azure services and cloud resource management
- Proficiency in identity, access, and device management, particularly with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Autopilot
- Experience in implementing standardised device provisioning and application deployment processes
- Strong understanding of cyber security, compliance, and risk mitigation principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide advanced IT support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration within IT team and across the organisation
- Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in on-call support duties as required
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of Kibbles Microsoft 365 cloud, endpoint, and modern workplace architecture
- Oversee the administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services
- Design and manage Azure services, ensuring secure and scalable solutions
- Manage identity, access, and device security through Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
- Implement device provisioning and configuration processes
- Oversee information management and lifecycle management across SharePoint and OneDrive
- Provide governance for Power Platform solutions to improve processes
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT issues
- Ensure reliability and performance of core IT services across all locations
- Support cyber security and disaster recovery activities
- Contribute to IT strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain technical documentation and support critical systems as needed
