Requirements
Must:
- Strong .NET development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API
- Front-end development expertise with React (preferred), Angular, or jQuery
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, including SPFx and custom solutions
- Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Integration experience with Microsoft 365 services
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Azure DevOps, Git)
- Full stack experience with modern back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python)
- SQL and NoSQL database experience and RESTful API integration
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Proven experience leading developers and delivering secure, high-quality applications in Agile environments
- Desirable: Experience with Dataverse, Jira, or Azure Boards
- Desirable: Familiarity with enterprise-scale business applications
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of full stack applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Manage and mentor a small team of developers, supporting their growth and ensuring technical standards are upheld.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.
- Implement integrations with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Graph API.
- Contribute to DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git for automated, reliable deployments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across development processes, architecture, and coding standards.
