Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn is crucial. Candidates should have some exposure to or a keen interest in software development. Additionally, the following technical skills would be an advantage:
- Experience with C# and .NET (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with AngularJS, Angular, or other front-end frameworks (such as React)
- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web development principles
- Knowledge of SQL or other database engines
- Experience with version control tools such as GitHub or Jira
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for user support, assisting your colleagues with technical queries in person, via phone, and through email. You will help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs while learning the ins and outs of our bespoke in-house software system. As you grow in confidence and understanding, your responsibilities will evolve from primarily support-based work to a more balanced role that includes both software development and technical support.
