Requirements
Must:
- 2nd Year student - Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support addressing incidents and service requests promptly
- Troubleshoot, prioritise and resolve application issues, minimising disruptions to business operations
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in user training sessions and develop user guides to enhance system proficiency
- Document support activities, solutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with the IT department and other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or developers as needed
- Support the design, development, testing & implementation of applications throughout the Keystone Group
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
