IT Support and Facilities Coordinator

In this role, you will work closely with the IT & Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment and the effective upkeep of our office and workshop facilities. Your key responsibilities will include delivering first-line IT support to both office and site-based teams, assisting in the maintenance and development of internal IT systems and applications, and collaborating with third-party IT providers to ensure compliance with license and service agreements. You will produce and analyze reports using tools such as Excel and business system data, support the procurement, setup, and rollout of new IT equipment, and coordinate repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities across multiple facilities. Additionally, you will obtain quotations for maintenance and small project works while championing a strong culture of health, safety, quality, and environmental best practices.
