- Shape and prioritise the backlog, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Communicate product goals and priorities to team members and stakeholders
- Participate in architecture discussions, peer reviews, and design sprints
- Review and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing products and services
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support on product launches and GTM strategies
- Gather user feedback, oversee UAT, and implement incremental improvements
- Identify and address risks or issues in day-to-day product operations
- Assist in communicating changes to production, ensuring users are informed about updates
