Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016-2019)
- Proficient in Active Directory and Hyper-V
- Familiarity with Office / Microsoft 365 (F through E suites)
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Intune, Defender, Entra, etc.)
- Understanding of modern identities and security (e.g., 2FA)
- Knowledge of Azure (PaaS, IaaS) including Security and Governance
- Deep understanding of Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLANs, Routing, SD-WAN)
- Experience with enterprise WiFi deployments (802.1x / Certificate-based)
- Familiarity with firewall configuration and advanced threat hunting
- Experience with security tools and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of backup methodologies and management
- Documentation skills for end users and support desk
- IT Helpdesk experience
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure components
- Undertake regular patching and upgrade activities
- Assist the IT support team with end-user queries related to infrastructure
- Configure end-user devices (including new hardware, policy, and compliance management)
- Provide second and third line support for the IT support team
- Suggest and research improvements to align with serverless computing strategy
- Contribute to redefining IT service delivery and support
- Ensure preventive maintenance and predictive failure analysis
