Requirements
Must:
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
- Knowledge in creating WordPress based websites
- Exposure to server-side JavaScript and APIs
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript features (ES6+)
- Strong experience in HTML and CSS
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Ability to develop in line with accessibility standards and SEO best practices
- Experience using build tools (Gulp, Webpack, Sass)
- Knowledge of automated deployment processes
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- High attention to detail
Responsibilities
As a member of our team, I will expect you to:
- Develop bespoke WordPress themes from scratch, rather than modifying existing themes
- Contribute to the development of new client projects
- Maintain and enhance existing projects
Description
I offer a full-time position starting in the office, transitioning to a 4 days in office, and 1 day working from home schedule. Ideally, I'm looking for candidates who also have desirable skills, such as proficiency in React and JavaScript frameworks, exposure to web security principles, knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with ThreeJS, understanding GraphQL, and a basic grasp of unit and integration testing, as well as experience with Figma.
