Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of User Desktop Support experience with solid desktop support skills
- Experience within an MSP or sole responsibility for the IT department of a small company with full end-to-end administration experience
- Hands-on Windows desktop support including building PCs and fixing operating system/driver/software issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to resolve customer issues on all versions
- Experience in server administration (e.g. Active Directory, group policy, logon problems)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Skilled in smartphone email support (e.g. mailbox setup and synchronization issues)
- Self-managing with attention to detail and documentation
- Successful interaction with users at different seniority levels
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line technical support to users
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and software issues
- Assist with server administration tasks
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including troubleshooting and user permissions
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
