Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
- Solid understanding of APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and authentication mechanisms.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and meeting project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage third-party integrations to unlock growth opportunities for the business.
- Lead complex integration projects from end-to-end integrating third-party providers with our APIs.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to define integration requirements and project scope.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions and guidance during the integration process.
- Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Identify and address project-related issues, risks, and dependencies promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with third-party providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary technical support lead for third-party providers post-integration.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and diagnose integration-related problems.
