Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in building successful products, with 2+ years specifically in Data Platforms
- Familiarity with Data Mesh
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset, treating every launch as a learning opportunity
- Ability to manage high ambiguity and make clear decisions with limited information
- Proven ability to manage relationships with a wide range of users and stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to use data (e.g., adoption, latency, costs) to prioritize and set direction
Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy and drive roadmap for the JET Data Platform
- Align senior stakeholders and domain teams around a unified strategy using data-backed insights
- Navigate high ambiguity to identify the right problems to solve for the platform
- Translate complex data platform challenges into actionable and outcome-based roadmaps
- Partner with Engineering to solve complex challenges around core capabilities of the Data Platform
