Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid at a Super Admin level
- Programming skills, experience with a language such as Python, Go, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Serverless Framework)
- Experience with API Frameworks
- Enjoy automating processes
- Proven track record of delivering high quality work and driving forward best practices
- Works independently and is able to solve complex problems
- Uses best practice to improve products/services or processes
- Has subject matter expertise and experience
- Stays up to date with new technology and existing software used in group
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in technical projects and deployments
- Implement solutions for internal teams globally
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members
- Use best practice to improve products/services or processes
- Optimise existing Google Workspace, GCP - IAM, Slack Enterprise, Enterprise configurations to meet changing requirements
- Hold requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Lead functional projects or work streams within a project
- Required to be on-call in a shift pattern basis
