Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience in custom Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming to implement complex business logic and data manipulation.
- Expertise in building custom Visualforce pages and components, including integration of CSS and JavaScript for advanced UI customization.
- Solid experience developing Lightning Web Components for modern Salesforce UI development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing API-based integrations with external systems.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model from a coding perspective.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on code-level solutions.

- Architect, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex for backend logic and Visualforce or Lightning Web Components (LWC) for bespoke user interfaces.

- Develop custom Visualforce pages and components for tailored UI experiences, leveraging CSS and JavaScript for styling and interactivity.
- Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize custom code to ensure high performance and maintainability.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all custom development work.
- Stay current with Salesforce development frameworks and evolving best practices in code-based customization and using Salesforce flows.
