Requirements
Must:
- I require experience in supporting internet products such as ADSL, VDSL, FTTC, FTTP, SoGEA, and Ethernet.
- You should possess strong knowledge of IP networking, including DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, and VoIP.
- Proven ability to configure, install, and troubleshoot routers, wireless access points, and Wi-Fi protocols is essential.
- Familiarity with telecommunications PBX systems such as Panasonic, Samsung, and Horizon is important.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are also necessary.
Responsibilities
- You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring long-term solutions are implemented effectively.
- Providing advanced troubleshooting support for escalated incidents from Tier 1 will be part of your role, showcasing your expertise.
- Analyze and resolve software, hardware, and networking problems across diverse systems as needed.
- Perform remote installations of cloud-based telephony systems to ensure seamless integration.
- Deliver training and onboarding support to users, ensuring optimal utilization of hardware, software, and services.
- You will investigate and resolve end-user technical issues while maintaining high service standards.
