Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering world-class service.
- Willingness to travel to other UK sites and occasionally overseas, as required, with a full, valid UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal and external users, both remotely and onsite.
- Take ownership of support tickets, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently within agreed SLA targets.
- Collaborate with the Head of IT and the wider team to deliver improvement plans and strategic objectives.
- Lead local IT initiatives and support the maintenance and development of infrastructure and network systems.
- Manage IT assets, onboarding new users, and delivering IT inductions and training.
- Proactively monitor and manage the IT estate using various tools, ensuring the organisations IT environment runs smoothly and securely.
