Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst working on digital products
- Background in delivering digital products/services with experience across the full product/software lifecycle (design, implementation, testing)
- Experience working in an agile environment, applying agile and/or lean practices
- Ability to support the product owner in formulating product vision, product roadmap, and management of product backlog
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Nice to have: previously worked in a consultancy
- Nice to have: scrum master experience
- Nice to have: working across corporate communications
Responsibilities
- Analyze current services and processes to identify and implement optimization opportunities
- Provide innovative recommendations that meet user needs
- Support the development of business cases for digital products
- Support in defining new product requirements using various elicitation techniques
- Work with the delivery team to define detailed user stories
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure effective implementation of user stories
