Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of SAP BW and SAC experience, demonstrating the ability to design, develop, and implement complex end-to-end enterprise reporting solutions
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience, with proven ability to guide junior colleagues, define technical vision, and ensure governance of tools
- Strong understanding of data modelling principles and techniques to optimise data structures
- In-depth knowledge of integrated technical design concepts and reporting and analytics principles within a global organisation
- Proven track record working on multiple full lifecycle, complex global BW/SAC reporting and analytics projects
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead, overseeing SAP BW and SAC developments
- Create solution designs and time estimates for new initiatives
- Build efficient SAP Business Warehouse (BW) extractors, ADSOs, and composite providers
- Develop innovative finance solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BW
- Ensure data integrity and champion data quality while reviewing and improving underlying data models
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP modelling and reporting
- Own the end-to-end implementation of analytics solutions, from stakeholder understanding to go-live transitions
- Explore advanced analytics capabilities to identify opportunities that deliver strategic value
- Cultivate a collaborative and growth-oriented environment by mentoring and coaching team members
