Requirements
Must:
- Experienced Agile Business Analyst with a background in delivering digital products/services
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical and non-technical solutions
- Experienced in documenting requirements in JIRA and Confluence, including crafting user stories with Acceptance Criteria
- Competence in requirements elicitation techniques, utilizing qualitative and quantitative research
- Familiarity with various documenting methods such as process mapping and gap analysis
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements
- Translate product/business requirements into clear and concise user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to support requirement capture
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives through effective liaison
- Author necessary documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Investigate and analyze complex business situations, identifying opportunities
- Manage change within projects to minimize risk and ensure stakeholder agreement
