Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in a related industry.
- Previous technical experience in EAS and RFID technology.
- Full driver's license and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
As a Field Technical Service professional, I will provide technical support for innovative EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance), RFID, and CCTV solutions to our major retail customers worldwide. My role involves:
- Supporting the sizing, installation, maintenance, and operation of technological resources while ensuring quality and timely technical support through teamwork and customer service.
- Providing technical support for all Johnson Controls products at customer sites and to internal staff, including call center and administrative support.
- Developing and testing new solutions, creating manuals and product guides, and performing technical support for company systems and services, including maintenance, updates, evaluations, device installations, and product improvements.
- Handling Level 2 incident resolution and troubleshooting while supporting field technicians with technology installation and maintenance according to business strategies.
- Analyzing new product launches, validating implementations, and training teams on product deployments.
- Contributing to new project development and driving customer satisfaction through comprehensive support, monitoring, documentation, and escalation.
