Requirements
Must:
- Technical education, for example vocational upper secondary qualification in electronics, information technology & communications, electrical engineering, or automation technology.
- Previous technical experience in EAS and RFID technology.
- Willingness to travel internationally over 30%.
- English, advanced level is a must.
- Logical problem-solver.
- Hands-on approach.
- Strong communication skills to present and explain complex technical issues.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the commissioning, reactive and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Assist field technicians in the installation and maintenance of CCTV technologies, according to business strategies.
- Ensure full customer satisfaction by performing an adequate support process: monitoring, documentation.
- Download and share CCTV footage for investigation purposes.
- Conduct remote diagnostics for CCTV health checks.
- Provide remote support to triage reactive call outs.
- Resolve CCTV faults remotely.
