Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician who prefers a well-structured, steady environment rather than a hectic, constantly-on-fire workplace. Our organization is established, organized, and takes its IT function seriously. We value friendly and professional individuals who deliver reliable, thoughtful support. If you appreciate a workplace where colleagues respect processes and communication is straightforward, you’ll feel at home here. We offer a company culture with a clear structure, supportive environment, and a commitment to employee development. Benefits include a 35-hour working week, private medical insurance, and income protection, as well as 24 days of holiday (rising with length of service) plus bank holidays. Additional holiday purchase options, comprehensive induction and ongoing learning and development, staff events to support well-being, and a package of employee discounts are also provided. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the office, values consistency, and takes pride in delivering dependable, well-communicated IT support. If you desire a role with clear expectations, respectful colleagues, and work that genuinely supports the organization, this position is a strong match for you.
