Data Analyst

We expect our Data Analyst to have a working knowledge of the framework within which social care operates, including relevant legislation, national guidance, and procedures specific to this role. You should have extensive experience in a regulatory or quality assurance role within children's services. A strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices concerning homes for children in care is essential. We also seek someone with a demonstrable ability to lead, manage, and inspire teams to achieve high standards of performance. Experience in monitoring and tracking providers' compliance with Ofsted registration and inspection outcomes is required. Additionally, familiarity with the national minimum standards for Children's Social Care, knowledge and skills requirements, and their implications for practice, as well as knowledge of IT systems used in social care, are important.
