Requirements
Must:
- Excellent financial and numerical skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of residential and commercial service charge management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel with advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and data visualisation
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-technical audiences
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience required
- Minimum 2 years of change management experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role (e.g., Change Analyst) required
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive internal customer service and support for all aspects of service charge delivery
- Compile and analyse reporting information to assist the wider service charge team
- Support the calculation and allocation of service chargeable expenditure, preparing and loading data into various systems
- Identify areas to increase efficiency by automating data workflows
- Monitor and audit data quality to support validation and cleansing
- Provide key performance statistics for monitoring KPIs and other performance metrics
- Maximise income recovery by ensuring accurate coding and allocation of charges
- Assist in the development of systems and processes to enhance service charge delivery
- Review and maintain procedures and process maps for accurate and consistent service charge allocation
- Support the wider service charge team in data collection and analysis of income and expenditure during the annual cycle
- Aid in year-end certification and liaise with external auditors regarding service chargeable expenditure
