Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience using tools such as MS SQL Server (including SSRS/SSIS), Visual Studio, GitHub, and C# (Blazor or similar). A strong understanding of API development and integration workflows is essential. Knowledge of Business Central, Power BI, or FileMaker would be a bonus, as would experience integrating third-party platforms (such as Zendesk). You should be naturally curious, proactive, and take pride in delivering solutions that make a tangible difference. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are also a must.

Responsibilities
In this hybrid role, you will support and enhance existing business systems and integrations. You will be responsible for designing and developing new software and API integrations (ETL workflows), troubleshooting application issues and resolving them efficiently. You will utilize Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms) to streamline processes and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver robust IT solutions. Additionally, you will document systems and processes to ensure business continuity and provide user training and support when required.
